Use Out Of Vehicle Test to test and verify the condition of a battery that is not
connected to a vehicle. This mode will not capture the VIN of an associated vehicle.
NOTE: RIVIAN vehicles — The testing process uses proprietary 12V Safety Power
Capacity™ (SPC™) diagnostic technology to determine the battery State of Charge
and Reserve Capacity. This additional analysis can take up to 60 seconds to complete.
